. The Bees produce honey from the nectar of the flowers, which is composed of fructose, glucose, and water. Honey also contains many vitamins including B1, B2, B6, C, E, K, and A, as well as micro elements like phosphorous, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, sulfur, zinc, alive enzymes, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. 

Honey is the ONLY food that includes all the substances necessary to sustain life, including water.

Honey is not only a food product; it is also a natural medication. But the honey is not a medication because it does not require prescription. Honey can help you heal faster, but the main use of the honey is to boost your immune system and prevent sicknesses.
